My mind is nourished.
And  I'm always able to flourish.
My supplements are diverse.
So I can handle the burst.

I am Fortified with Fortitude.
I have balance and determination.
I have strength and self-control.
I have drive to reach my destinations.

I can endure and maintain focus.
Enjoy my blessings everyday
Stay undaunted and courageous.
And always continue to pray.

Always stay tranquil.
Repose and refresh.
Stay Fortified with Fortitude.
And you will always be at your best.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT!
Always use your sagacity.

    This piece is very motivational and provides positive affirmation. It has already jump started my day. Fortified with Fortitude is such a reminder of how important it is to keep a clear picture and to move forward with vision.
